Flos

Founded in 1962 in Merano by Dino Gavina and Cesare Cassina Flos set out to produce modern lighting, enlisting the aid of Achille Castiglioni, Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and Tobia Scarpa and later joined by Sergio Gandini in 1964. With this pedigree of designers the Flos lighting was destined for greatness, producing iconic lighting like the Arco, the Taraxacum and the 2097. Throughout the years Flos has built upon it's design pedigree working with the likes of Philippe Starck, Jasper Morrison, Marcell Wanders, Patricia Urquiola and countless others that continue to keep the company at the forefront of modern lighting design.
