Jay Osgerby

Jay Osgerby was born in Oxford, UK in 1969 and went on to study Architecture together at The Royal College of Art in London where he meet Edward Barber. Shortly after they went on the established their practice Barber & Osgerby in 1996, setting their studio in Trellick Tower, West London.

One of their early designs was the Loop Table, produced by Isokon in 1997. The table was featured widely and brought them to the attention of Guilio Cappellini. This was to be the beginning of a long working relationship with the renowned Italian producer and setting them on the path to become the well known duo Barber & Osgerby.
